Maidstone Scouts Pricing

All Scout Groups in Maidstone East and West Districts are welcome to hold their mid-week evening meetings at the campsite if space is available, without charge.

If you wish to use a building or Campfire Circle there is a charge. Please complete an 'Evening Booking Form'.

• Campsite: Free
• Building Hire: £35
• Campfire Circle (including logs): £35

Per person, for the use of the campsite and toilets, per day or overnight, up to 24 hours. This is in addition to building hire.

£2.50 per person

Including gas and electricity usage and use of hall, kitchen, bunk rooms, toilets and showers, per day or overnight, for up to 24 hours. This is in addition to camp fees.

Equipment hire is for use on site, per week/weekend.

An equipment list can be provided if you wish to make up your own project from our wide range of equipment.

• When making your booking, please include requests for Equipment Hire and Pioneering Projects.
• Deposits will be set at the time of booking, and will be refunded if we are able to re-let cancelled bookings.
• Deposits must be paid within 14 days to secure the booking.
• Full payment of fees must be made before leaving the site at the end of your event.

• Payment by Direct Transfer is preferable:

• If camp sites or buildings are left in an unacceptable condition, an additional charge may be made.
• Any damaged or missing equipment is chargeable.
