Download PDFHamlet Wood is managed by Maidstone West & East District Scouts who are Registered Charities. The campsite is owned by the Scouts of Maidstone and is solely funded by income generated by the campsite and maintained by volunteers.
Per person, for the use of the campsite and toilets, per day or overnight, up to 24 hours. This is in addition to building hire.
£4.25 per person
Including gas and electricity usage and use of hall, kitchen, bunk rooms, toilets and showers, per day or overnight, for up to 24 hours. This is in addition to camp fees.

Outdoor Tables and benches are available. Please request these on your booking form.
Pioneering equipment hire is for use on site, per weekend.

- Mini Ballista (up to 4 sets): £10
An equipment list can be provided if you wish to make up your own project from our wide range of equipment.
- When making your booking, please include requests for Equipment Hire and Pioneering Projects.
- Deposits will be set at the time of booking, and will be refunded if we are able to re-let cancelled bookings.
- Deposits must be paid within 14 days to secure the booking.
- Full payment of fees must be made before leaving the site at the end of your event.
